Richard Stinchcombe appointed CEO of Rickmers (Japan) Inc.
Rickmers-Linie has appointed Mr Richard Stinchcombe as CEO and Representative Director of Rickmers (Japan) Inc.
He succeeds the late Yoshiaki Kawabuchi, who suddenly passed away on 4 January 2010.
Born in Canada, Richard is 40 years of age and has been living and working in Japan for 17 years now. He started his career with Chiyoda Corporation and later joined Japan Heavy Lift Inc., which was the agent for Rickmers-Linie between March 2003 and June 2006.
Mr Stinchcombe assisted Yoshiaki Kawabuchi in the establishment of Rickmers (Japan) Inc which opened 1 June 2006 and has since been Representative Director and COO of the company.
